Sauna n' Water provided outstanding customer service with continual status updates and follow-up to ensure that we received the Sauna.  One week after delivery, Sauna n' Water went above-and-beyond, by contacting us to make sure we were happy with the Sauna and to see if there was anything else we needed. We couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service we received. I contacted Sauna n' Water with questions when starting to look for a Sauna. Alex was very helpful and answered all of our questions. After we ordered the Sauna online, Alex called to confirm the shipping address. He kept in contact with us regarding shipping. We had our chair within one week from placing our order. Alex followed through with texts. The Suana is totally amazing and has many features. We have never received such amazing customer service! Sauna n' Water is so customer oriented. This Sauna is going to be used a lot! We LOVE it!
